Product Description

1. GH-5030LH is an especial fully-auto unmanned operation side sealer by our company's independent research and development, which is widely used in mass production assembly line with auto-feeding, conveying, sealing, shrinking in one time. It is high working efficiency and suits for the products of different height and width;
2. The horizontal blade of sealing part adopts vertical driving, while the side blade uses international advanced thermostatic cutter; The sealing line is straight and strong and we can guarantee seal line in the middle of the product to achieve perfect sealing effect; This side sealing machine is different from common side sealing machine that the horizontal blade is behind of side sealing part;   
3. When it packs different sizes, the adjustment is very simple by rotating the hand wheel to increase the reliability;
4. Suitable for big height products;
5. The machine adopts the advanced Siemens PLC programmable controller, with safety protection and alarm devices, while the sealing system can have a continuous sealing order without replacement; Maintenance is very simple;
6. Feeding length controls through a combination of electric eye detection and time relay to control precise film length that makes it easier to control the contraction effect;
7. Two groups of horizontal and vertical electric eyes are easy to switch for thin or small packages which can easily complete sealing packaging operations;
8. Automatic rolling waste material : Using a separate motor to control which is not too loose or too tight to crack and is easy to remove the waste;
9. It has automatic blowing function;  
10. Front in feeding power conveyor and back non-power storage table can be selected as your demands.  
11. SF-8050 adopts stainless steel heating elements with automatic cooling function which greatly extended the machine's life span more than three times. Shrinking temperature and conveyor speed can be adjusted that assures stable performance. The packaging is good sealed, anti-dust and anti-moisture;

Q1: How long is your warranty? What does your warranty include?
A1: One year. Within one year, we will replace the spare parts which are non-man made damage except the wearing parts. After the
guarantee, we will offer the spare parts at EXW price and we will supply lifelong consulting services.

Q2: What is the temperature can be set in the shrink tunnel? Will the high temperature in the oven damage the package?
A2: It is 0-300ºC. No, because the packages go through the shrink tunnel quickly, and we detected the temperature of the film
surface. It is about 38-45ºC. Our machines are widely used for packing ice cream, chocolate, vegetables, aerosol cans and frozen
products which requires a low temperature.

Q3: Do you have any Quality Certification for your machines?
A3: Yes. We can provide the CE, SGS, ISO, UL or CSA approved machines.

Q4: Is it easy to operate of your machine?
A4: Yes. Under the condition of ensuring safe transportation, we will not disassemble the machine very much, so that it can be
easier to install and debug after you receive our equipment. Meanwhile we have detailed and professional manual and operation
